Terms of service My currently hour rate is ~$20 - the more time I spend on the painting, the more I will charge on your order( For example, I will spend at least 4-5 hours for a portrait if you pay me $109)

Payment method: 50-100% non-refundable payment of the BASE prices before we start and the rest ( depend on your requirement and complexity or how much time I spent or your commission, it could be higher than the base prices ) before I give you full access to the Final Package.

Example: You picked [Placeholder Tier], you'll have to send me the first 50% of the base price which is $150. I start to work on it, if there are any incurred details/ background that make me spend 4 more hours on it then the rest of the payment would be: $300 - First $150 + 60$ for 4 incurred hours = $210.

Anyway, the price is the price, since I'm not an AI, please feel free to let me know if you have some financial problems and/or maybe the prices are too high for you, I will do my best to help!

Work time: Usually from 1 week > 4 weeks but I will require 3-4 weeks for the deadline, just in case there's something unexpected happen. Also, I only provide the commission with the highest effort/quality I can provide so even with rush order, it still takes at least 5-7 days to complete so please understand - Art takes time (AND HARDWORKING)!

I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or site, or earn money with it

The commissioners are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be a minimum of 300% of the original price.

With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
(Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited)
